Wish big channels like yourself gave the true info of Star Citizen, which is that the team behind it couldn't be considered a major studio until just a couple years back, and they've built every single piece of tech for it down to the whole Engine themselves, meanwhile massive studios like Rockstar simply re-use old engines and mechanics while still spending over 600 million on games like RDR2 Edit: Im not an original backer or anything. I got into it just 4 months ago and have spent only $40-50, the purchasing price of the game, meaning its cheaper than triple A's nowadays by almost 50%. Been loving it since.

Many misleading or incorrect statements, the sensational wording- even contradictions between your own statements. I get it, controversy is more entertaining and generate more clicks. But c'mon.. I don't to write a book so here are a few to point out. Claiming Sony is the poster boy of trying to protect their intellectual property is absurd, and only playing into your narrative. Bringing up Hotz is a red herring, there's literally nothing to correlating Holtz to the hack. There's not even any evidence to suggest "consumer rights" were a motive for the hack. The PSN was not "a paid service" on the PS3, and offline content was playable during the outage. On the 19th the network had service outages as a result of hacks, but there's nothing to suggest Sony took it down or even knew what was going on. (fun fact I was still using the service that day). Constantly calming they "didn't inform anyone in a timely matter" is misleading. There's no evidence to suggest they had more information than they were sharing. The lawsuit against Sony for "untimely responses" is meaningless. Lawyers were throwing everything they could at Sony in the aftermath to see what stuck. Fun Fact. This one didn't stick. The responses from Sony were frequent. Keep in mind the timeline and frequency of their posts. It was only hours before the time they grasped what was happening to when they informed customers of a possible breach of information. Give me an example of a company with such frequent updates while the hack was happening in real time. Sony's response in the aftermath is actually very commendable. They admitted fault. They provided a sincere apology, even a personal apology from the CEO himself. They provided more compensation to customers than was even asked of them. "Anonymous" is the biggest issue I have with this video. You said yourself there is no structure to anonymous, thus there is no way to claim it was "them" because there IS NO "them". Literally anyone can claim to be anonymous, or claim not to be anonymous, any statements from anonymous cannot be verified. Even suggesting it saw "them" as they have a structure is just misleading and pointless. Their servers were breached, could have been by a solo 14-year-old that likes this "anonymous idea" that's it. All claims that "Sony should have been prepared and stopped it" is ridiculous. Every lock can be picked. It is impossible to prevent all threats.

I've only seen betting for skins and skin loot crates referenced in stuff since I was a console gamer at the time and preferred single player games, so seeing the wild csgo loot crate gambling wildfire in this is pretty alarming. It's kinda scary how prevalent loot crates or gacha have become. Like, how easy it is for people underage can spend hundreds just for the chance of something good, through a system that is working against them. It is gambling, and for how strict some states get about illegal gambling in hidden game rooms irl, you can still have anyone with a phone easily access gambling in various states of security because since it's all online. And, yeah, tbf, I have participated in different forms of this as well but it's just unreal to see people who aren't necessarily rich dump thousands on essentially gacha pulls, nothing guaranteed. Especially if they're either underage or damn close to it. But again, addiction in any form is a complicated problem that doesn't have any easy solution. Never as easy as just banning practices, people or sites.
